Schaumburg, IL, July 10, 2026 – The CLOOS Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Roberto Nicoli as President of CLOOS Americas. In his role, Roberto will lead the company’s operations and drive strategic growth across North and South America.
This leadership structure brings CLOOS’ North and South American operations under a unified regional organization, strengthening collaboration, enhancing customer support, and positioning the company for continued long-term growth and operational excellence across the Americas.
Roberto brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across industrial manufacturing, CNC machinery, automation, and biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has led organizations through growth, operational transformation, and continuous improvement while building high-performing, customer-focused teams.
Most recently, Roberto served as Managing Director, Americas and CEO of Fedegari Technologies Inc., where he was responsible for the company’s North and South American operations. Prior to Fedegari, he held several executive leadership positions with Bystronic, including President of Bystronic Canada, President of the Board of Directors of Bystronic Italy, and Director of Global Key Account Management.
